Team directory

Every active organization on the circuit, indexed by region.

A team identity panel for every active organization, with active game divisions, recent tournament appearances and the most recent roster moves. No logo guesswork — every panel uses a wordmark badge in the brand's primary color.

Team identity

Reading a team identity panel

A team identity panel is the editorial minimum for a competitive organization: name, region, active divisions, current record and recent tournament appearances. We keep the panel tight on purpose — three lines of text, no decorative chrome. The wordmark badge in the brand's primary color sits at the top of the panel.

The directory is sorted by region first, then by active division. Each region's roster carries a verification note listing the league pages we drew from. Roster moves are listed on a separate ticker column on the homepage and on the news desk, never mixed into the identity panel.

Where a team has multiple game divisions, the panel lists each division with its current placement. We do not invent placement where the league has not yet published the standings. The data poster below carries the current standings for Division A as published on the league page.

Team questions

Common questions about the directory

Plain-language answers to the questions the editorial desk hears most often about team coverage.

1

How often does the directory update?

The directory refreshes after every round close. Roster moves are published on the news desk within 24 hours of the announcement.

2

Do you list academy rosters?

Yes. Academy and sub rosters sit on a separate panel under each team's main directory entry. They share the active game division listing.

3

Where can I find historical tournament appearances?

Each team's recent tournament appearances are listed on the news desk archive. The directory covers the current cycle only.

4

How do you handle inactive orgs?

Inactive orgs move to the archive on the news desk. We keep the historical record but do not surface inactive teams on the active directory.

Verification note

Sourced from official league pages

Every team panel draws from an official league page or a verified org announcement. We do not fabricate placement, roster composition or financial figures.

Deep context

How an org earns the directory

An org earns the directory by fielding a roster. The directory covers every active organization on the competitive circuit that has at least one player registered to a current league roster. Inactive orgs move to the archive on the news desk; the active directory only surfaces teams that are currently fielding a roster. The wordmark badge in the brand's primary color sits at the top of every panel; no logo guesswork is allowed on the directory.

Region grouping follows the league's published region list. Most leagues use six regions — EU, NA, APAC, SA, MENA and Oceania. Cross-region events use a region-neutral grouping for the playoff stage, but the directory keeps each team's home region as the primary grouping. The tournament index pairs with the directory to surface the regional filter for each event.

Active divisions are listed on each team panel. A team can have multiple game divisions, and each division gets its own panel with its current placement. We do not invent placement where the league has not yet published the standings. Where the league publishes partial standings, the panel lists the published portion and marks the rest as pending. The verification note on each panel lists the source page the data was drawn from.

Roster moves are listed on the news desk, not on the team panel. The team panel lists the current roster; the news desk covers the announcement and the verified source. The directory refreshes after every round close; the news desk publishes roster moves within 24 hours of the announcement. The two together are the operational record for the team's cycle.

For viewers who want to read the directory in detail, the player profiles page pairs with the directory to surface the role taxonomy for each team. The match schedule pairs with the directory to surface the upcoming matches for each team. Together, the directory, the player profiles and the match schedule are the operational map for the team's cycle.

Editor's note

A note on directory literacy

The directory desk is updated after every round close. Where the league has published a roster, the panel carries it; where the league has not yet published a roster, the panel says pending. We do not infer roster composition from a single broadcast; the roster must reflect the league's published roster registry across the cycle. The editorial desk reads the league's published registry and the org's official announcement together to write the panel. The panel is editorial copy, not a citation. Where a roster move is pending publication by the org, the entry says so and does not invent one.
